New Home Warranty Protection
Every Straight Up custom home is backed with a home warranty providing insurance protection that meets or exceeds the requirements of the Homeowner Protection Act. The Pacific Warranty covers materials & labour for one year, provides 2 years of protection on mechanical systems, 5 years on building envelopes (including water penetration), and 10 years for structural defects (limits apply).
