A veteran Red Seal carpenter, Straight Up owner Nathan Weston leads a proven, veteran team of local tradespeople and an established network of regional suppliers with decades of experience navigating the unique challenges of Revelstoke home building, renovation, and commercial construction. An contributing member of the Revelstoke business community since 2005, Straight Up continues to deliver quality construction solutions with personalized service.
Nathan Weston is a Red Seal Journeyman carpenter with an Applied Project Management Certificate from SAIT. A 4th generation resident of Revelstoke B.C., Nathan proudly represents the Weston name which has become synonymous with the highest standard for detail and craftsmanship.
Nathan’s keen eye for detail and drive for quality has played an integral part in several local commercial, industrial and institutional projects. These include Revelstoke Mountain Resort’s Nelson Lodge, the Best Western Plus Hotel, and Syncrude Aurora. Nathan was also supervisor of the Revelstoke Schools Project, building both Revelstoke Secondary and Begbie View Elementary schools.
Over the years Nathan has played an active role shaping the future of Revelstoke serving as a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Chair of the Chamber of Commerce Policy and Advocacy Committee, the City Financial Focus Group, Advisory Planning Commission, and the Economic Development Commission. Nathan currently serves on the Community Futures Board of Directors, on both the executive team and the loans committee. Nathan has the experience, capability, and commitment to help build a better Revelstoke for the future.
