Key Results

Delivered a purpose-built riding arena and support buildings tailored to daily stable operations and long-term durability.

This commercial agricultural project required careful coordination of layout, access, and building sequencing to support the day-to-day needs of an active horse stable. The design features 70' clear span engineered wood trusses which involved strategic planning for safe and effiecient installation. Straight Up worked closely with the client to define building placement, circulation routes, and structural requirements early in the process, ensuring the arena and surrounding facilities would function efficiently as a complete site.   Construction focused on creating a robust, low-maintenance structure capable of handling high use while maintaining consistent quality across all supporting buildings. Through disciplined planning and clear scheduling, the project moved forward with predictable timelines and minimal disruption to ongoing operations. Designed for year-round comfort, the facility is fully insulated and finished with locally sourced premium hemlock nickel-gap tongue-and-groove panelling throughout the entire building. An elevated viewing platform and a powered vertical door provide seamless access between the arena and stable, creating an ideal environment for both horses and riders. The result is a well-organized facility that supports both animal care and rider use with reliability and long-term performance.
